一、个人简介:
郑鹏，男，东北财经大学财务管理专业博士。三级教授，硕士生导师。现担任国际交流与合作处处长，主讲审计学、高级管理会计、公司战略与风险管理等课程。累计教授和指导完成万余名本科和研究生的教学、实习和毕业论文工作。现主要从事财务审计、资源审计、管理会计、营运资本管理、公司战略与风险管理、海洋碳汇和海洋经济与管理等方面的教学和研究，主持国家和省市级课题30余项，在《会计之友》、《中国渔业经济》、《商业会计》、《海洋经济》、《中国内部审计》、《中国国土资源经济》等国内外核心期刊上发表论文50余篇，主编出版《内外部治理机制、财务柔性与公司价值》、《管理会计工具应用与企业价值创造》、《基于SEEA-2012的综合绿色海洋GDP核算体系构建研究》等多部专著，主编《审计学》、《管理会计》、《税法》等多部教材。
