张文锋，男，1974年5月，教授，硕士生导师，毕业于东北财经大学，管理学博士，中国社会科学院工业经济研究所博士后，师从中国社会科学院经济研究所博士生导师黄群慧研究员。

中国企业管理研究会理事，中国软科学研究会理事，辽宁省法学会海洋法学研究会理事会副会长，大连市国际法学会第四届理事会副会长。
