一、个人简介:
赵万里，男，1974年6月生，博士学位，毕业于东北财经大学经济学专业。教授，硕士生导师。现任大连海洋大学经济管理学院院长。主持国家社科规划基金及省部级研究课题10余项，公开出版著作6部，在《光明日报》、《经济学家》、《学术界》等国家重要期刊发表研究论文40余篇，多篇论文被人大报刊复印资料以及中国社会科学文摘转载，撰写海洋经济、渔业经济咨政建议多项获中央领导及省市领导重要肯定性批示。

I.Personal Profile
Zhao Wanli, male, born in June 1974, holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. He is a Professor, a supervisor for master's students, and currently serves as the Dean of the College of Economics and Management at Dalian Ocean University. He has led over 10 research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China and other provincial/ministerial-level bodies. He has published 6 books and over 40 research papers in key national journals such as Guangming Daily, Jingjixuejia (Economist), and Xueshujie (Academic Circles). Many of his papers have been reprinted by the Reprinted Press Materials of Renmin University of China and the Chinese Social Science Digest. He has also authored numerous policy recommendations on marine and fishery economics, which have received significant positive endorsements from national, provincial, and municipal leaders.
