周建龙，男，1977年2月生，管理学博士，毕业于东北财经大学工商管理学院公司治理专业，建设管理高级工程师，硕士生导师。

Brief Introduction:

Zhou Jianlong, Male, born on February 1, 1977, 48, holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Corporate Governance from the School of Business Administration at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and is a Senior Engineer in Construction Management. With over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, excels at integrating corporate governance theory with practical applications. Primary research focuses on corporate governance issues within real estate enterprises, including studies on equity structure, agency problems, and relationships among shareholders, managers, and stakeholders.  Has published two academic papers in the Industrial Organization Review (a CSSCI-indexed journal) and Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution (an SCI-indexed journal).

Scientific Research Achievements:

Journal Paper

1.Financing Constraints, Developer Expectations, and Changes in Urban Land Transaction Prices: Evidence from 261 Prefecture-Level Cities was published in Industrial Organization Review, Issue 2, 2022, as the first author, and is indexed in CSSCI.

2.Research on the Internal Mechanism and Path of the New Growth Point of Marine Biological Economy was published in Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution in 2022, as the first author, and is indexed in SCI with an Impact Factor (IF) of 4.493.

Projects

At the invitation of Associate Professor Shao Shuai of Southwest Medical University, I participated in the 2022 project under the Sichuan Province Philosophy and Social Sciences Research 14th Five-Year Plan: RCEP Framework and the Response Strategies for Sichuan's Export-Oriented Enterprises. The project has been approved (Project Approval No.: SC22FZ23) and is scheduled for completion in July 2023
